Dosage:

Your Nalco representative will recommend the optimal dosage based on the specific conditions of your system to ensure maximum program performance. The duration of the cleaning process depends on the level of fouling in the system.

Feeding Method:

PermaClean PC-77 should be administered through a closed system to maintain the purity of the product and avoid exposure to the atmosphere.

Materials:

To safeguard the system, storage and application equipment (pumps and lines) should be constructed from PVC, PE, Teflon, or stainless steel. It is not advisable to use aluminum, brass, or carbon steel in contact with the concentrated product.

Safety Measures:

Standard precautions, such as wearing goggles and rubber gloves, are recommended when handling any chemical product to ensure safe operations.

Storage and Stability:

PermaClean PC-77 can be stored for at least 12 months in its original, unopened container under normal warehouse conditions. It should be protected from freezing and exposure to high temperatures.
