TRIXYLYL PHOSPHATE product is colorless or light yellow viscous liquid, color ≤200, relative density 1.130～1.160g/cm3 (20℃) acid value ≤0.1mgKOH/g, viscosity about 190mPa·s (20℃) refractive index 1.551～1.555 ( 25℃) flash point (open cup method) ≥250℃, freezing point lower than -35℃, boiling point temperature at 0.4kPa about 270℃. Insoluble in water, miscible with methylene chloride, benzene, toluene, alcohol, and methyl ethyl ketone. It is non-toxic.
Fire-fighting methods:
Firefighters must wear gas masks and full-body firefighting suits and fight fires in the upwind direction. Move containers away from the fire to an open area if possible. Spray water to keep the fire container cool until the fire is extinguished. Transportation precautions：

The most widely used phosphate ester product in China is tricresyl phosphate (TCP). There have been reports of poisoning from this product abroad.
