Antimony trioxide synergistic flame retardant

The synergistic flame retardant uses silicon, tin, and other composite products, which have synergistic flame retardant and auxiliary anti-drip effects, and the appearance is white powder. When used in halogen antimony flame retardant systems, the product can effectively replace part of the amount of antimony trioxide, improve the oxygen index of the material, keep the overall performance of the polymer intact after replacement, and help improve the scorching test of the material. The product has passed EU ROHS/REACH certification. Contains no heavy metals.

Product flame retardant mechanism
(1) Gas phase flame retardant mechanism: The metal ion active ingredients and halogen flame retardant in this product act to increase the hydrogen halide reaction and release a more effective flame inhibitor - metal halide. Observation under a microscope revealed that the metallic compounds in the material changed the appearance of the carbon, making it shiny and crack-free. These changes make the carbon layer more insulating and therefore more flame retardant.

Antimony trioxide

(2) During the flame retardant process, the heat absorption is large, which is beneficial to reducing the high temperature generated during combustion; a large number of experiments and applications have proven that the flame retardant effect of this product mixed with bromine antimony is better than that of pure bromine antimony, and the mechanical Improved performance, increased oxygen index, reduced dripping properties.
Product features: stable performance, strong versatility, non-toxic, smoke suppression, and low cost.
Product usage: Mainly used in modified engineering plastics such as PA, PBT, PET, PP, PE, ABS, PS, etc., PVC, wire and cable materials, rubber, foam materials, wire materials, coatings, and other industries.
