Cresol diphenyl phosphate (CDP) is a flame retardant, mainly suitable for polyvinyl chloride (PVC), vinyl chloride (VC) copolymer, polyvinyl acetal, nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, Butyl cellulose acetate, flame retardants such as natural and synthetic rubber, plasticizers, gasoline, and lubricant additives.
Emergency treatment: Quickly evacuate personnel in the leakage area to a safe area isolate them, and strictly restrict access. Cut off the ignition source. It is recommended that emergency responders wear self-priming filter gas masks (full face masks) and protective clothing. Cut off the source of the leak as much as possible. Prevent it from flowing into restricted spaces such as sewers and gutters. Small leaks: absorb with dry sand or similar material, or use emulsion made of non-flammable dispersant to scrub; dilute the lotion and discharge it into the wastewater system. Large leakage: Build dikes or dig pits to contain the leakage. Use a pump to transfer it to a tanker or special liquid collector, and recycle or transport it to a waste treatment site for disposal.
Note: Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. They should be stored separately from oxidants, acids, and alkalis, and should not be stored together. Configure appropriate fire-fighting equipment. Storage areas should be equipped with emergency release equipment and appropriate containment materials.
Before transportation, check whether the packaging container is intact and sealed, and ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall, or be damaged during transportation. Mixing and transporting with oxidants, acids, alkalis, etc is strictly prohibited. It should be isolated from the engine room, power supply, and open flame when transported by sea. When transporting by road, follow the prescribed route.
